And two weeks ago all of this was gone except a couple of little piles of snow. And wouldn't you know it, the day we were expecting company from out of town...we got a winter storm warning. Within a couple of hours this was the sight outside of my home:
By the end of the day we had over eight inches of snow! The next morning things were starting to melt again and the snow was terribly slushy. My husband had a terrible time pulling out out of the driveway without crashing into one of the other parked cars.
This past week all of the snow finally melted and we finally had some 60 degree weather. Yaay.
And outside I have discovered some of these to look at.
"As long as the roots are not severed, all is well. And all will be well in the garden."
